As Global Learning & Development Manager, you will partner with leaders and HR to translate business priorities into practical development initiatives that strengthen leadership, learning, collaboration, and organisational capability. Working closely with leaders, HR Business Partners, and the global Organisational Development & Learning team, you will help ensure that our people have the leadership, skills, and ways of working needed to deliver Scatec’s strategy.

Success in this role is not measured by the number of learning activities delivered, but by the business value and organisational capability they create.

In this role, you will take ownership of leadership and organisational development initiatives across the business, including:

• Partner with leaders and HR Business Partners to identify capability needs and translate them into practical development initiatives

  
  

• Design and facilitate leadership development programmes, workshops, onboarding experiences, and team effectiveness interventions

  
  

• Support succession planning, talent development, and leadership pipeline initiatives

  
  

• Strengthen collaboration and performance across teams, functions, cultures, and locations

  
  

• Deliver engaging learning experiences that drive behavioural change and business impact

  
  

• Explore and leverage AI-enabled learning solutions to create more personalised and scalable development experiences

  
  

• Collaborate with the global Organisational Development & Learning team to adapt and implement global initiatives

  
  

• Monitor outcomes and continuously improve development programmes to strengthen organisational capability

• Proven experience in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Leadership Development, HR Business Partnering, or a related field

  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business, Education, or a related discipline

  
  

• Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills

  
  

• Experience designing and delivering leadership development and organisational capability initiatives

  
  

• Ability to influence leaders and translate business challenges into practical people solutions

  
  

• Fluent in English, spoken and written
