General Job Description: Responsible for managing and directing all operational processes within the warehouses, ensuring inventory safety and achieving the highest levels of efficiency and productivity for the staff. Oversees full supervision of internal supply chains, matches actual data with digital data via the Microsoft Dynamics system, and applies occupational safety and health standards. Key duties and responsibilities 1. Inventory management and monitoring (via Microsoft Dynamics) Inventory reporting: prepare and provide continuous analytical reports on item movement, identify stockouts, increases, and stagnation accurately using Microsoft Dynamics analytical tools. Negative balances reconciliation: immediate handling and resolution of negative balance issues in the system, tracking material movements and correcting data deviations. Periodic and annual counting: full supervision of actual warehouse counts and reconciling them manually and electronically to ensure stock accuracy and no shortages or discrepancies. Order fulfillment and distribution: coordinate to ensure all store orders and shipment movements are fulfilled on time with the highest levels of accuracy and speed. 2. Inspection and control of inbound and outbound items Technical and numerical receipt: monitor and receive incoming shipments and orders, confirming technically and numerically with purchase orders registered in Microsoft Dynamics before approval. Documentation: inspect, review, and sign all paper and electronic documents (goods received note, issue note, returns) issued to and from the warehouses. 3. Internal organization and storage space management Storage engineering: categorize and classify warehouse spaces and distribute items based on product nature, goods, and turnover rate (ABC Analysis) to facilitate picking and placing. Safety standards application: strictly adhere to applying general safety principles and occupational health to ensure a safe work environment for employees and goods. 4. Team leadership and performance development Training and capability boosting: develop and implement regular training programs for warehouse staff on modern storage mechanisms and using Microsoft Dynamics to raise productivity indicators. Regular meetings: hold periodic meetings with the team to discuss operational challenges, promptly resolve warehouse issues, and propose solutions to improve the work environment.
