Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and talented Principal Oracle HCM to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day management, maintenance, and support of our Oracle enterprise applications.
Ensure the stability, performance, and security of the Oracle environment.
Manage Oracle application upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Collaborate with functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into Oracle application solutions.
Ensure adherence to Oracle application standards, policies, and procedures.
Develop and implement the organization's data analytics strategy in alignment with business goals.
Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in managing Oracle enterprise applications and leading data analytics initiatives.
Strong functional and/or technical understanding of Oracle applications (e.
g., Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications).
Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing data warehousing and business intelligence solutions.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with various database technologies (e.
g., Oracle, SQL Server, cloud-based data warehouses).
