Job Purpose
Intelligent Network Operations Team member main task is to ensure smooth operations of the Charging nodes. The Job holder will be responsible to maintain/monitor the charging system and IN nodes and ensure availability 99.999% of the vital systems.
Report To Position Name
Proper handling for external customer complaints and internal custmer mails Conduct regular feedback session to highlight the customer chronic concerns and areas of enhancements Ensure smooth operations and quality of new deployments to ensure high stability ( Minimize downtime / service hazards ) Develop/enhance processes for speed recovery of outages/leakages Deliver new tools/processes to enhance /minimize the risk of failure during changes Escalation for incidents and major problems to Team Leader as per agreed process Successful Support and operation for ALL IN and billing NODES and newly introduced nodes as per agreed process KPIs Ensure 99.9% availability for IN & billing nodes On call availability and promptly response outside working hours Change requests and quality improvements
الغرض الوظيفي
عضو فريق عمليات الشبكة الذكية المسؤول عن ضمان سير عمليات عقد الشحن بسلاسة. سيكون حامل الوظيفة مسؤولاً عن صيانة/مراقبة نظام الشحن وعُقد IN وضمان التوفر بنسبة 99.999% للأنظمة الحيوية.
المسؤول عن التبليغ إلى
التعامل الصحيح مع شكاوى العملاء الخارجية وبريد العملاء الداخلي إجراء جلسة تغذية راجعة منتظمة لتسليط الضوء على مخاوف العملاء المزمنة ومجالات التحسين ضمان تشغيل سلس وجودة عمليات النشر الجديدة لضمان استقرار عالٍ (تقليل فترات التعطل / مخاطر الخدمة) تطوير/تعزيز العمليات لاستعادة أسرع للأعطال/التسريبات تقديم أدوات/عمليات جديدة لتعزيز/تقليل مخاطر الفشل أثناء التغييرات التصعيد للحوادث والمشاكل الكبرى إلى قائد الفريق وفقًا للعملية المتفق عليها دعم وتشغيل ناجح لجميع العقد IN والفوترة والعُقْد المضافة حديثًا وفقاً للعملية المتفق عليها مؤشرات الأداء KPI التأكد من توفر 99.9% لعُقد IN والفوترة التوفر أثناء الاتصالات والاستجابة الفورية خارج ساعات العمل طلبات التغيير وتحسينات الجودة
