We’re Hiring: Sales Operations Specialist Location: 6th of October City, Giza Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Commercial (Reports to VP Commercial) Are you an operational wizard with a passion for CRM systems, data accuracy, and process excellence? We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our team in Cairo and drive the systems, reporting, and processes supporting our divisions, including pre-opening services, OS&E, FF&E, and procurement consulting.???? What You’ll DoCRM Ownership: Act as the primary administrator for Hub Spot, maintaining data integrity, pipelines, workflows, and dashboards. Commercial Support: Track sales opportunities from lead generation to contract award across all business units. Contract Administration: Manage our centralized contract repository and track milestones, renewals, and obligations. Reporting & BI: Deliver accurate weekly and monthly dashboards for sales pipelines, proposal tracking, and commercial KPIs. Process Improvement: Champion digital transformation initiatives, automate workflows, and reduce reliance on manual spreadsheets.???? What We’re Looking For Experience: 3–5 years in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, CRM Administration, or Business Excellence. Industry Requirement: F&B experience is a must (additional background in Hospitality, Procurement, or B2B Consulting is a strong plus). Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, MIS, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Tech Stack:Essential: Hub Spot CRM (or similar), Advanced Excel, Google Workspace, and MS Office. Preferred: Salesforce, Dynamics, Power BI, or project management tools (Monday, Asana).
