Role Description The Aviation Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis, responsible for overseeing aviation-related operations and services within Travitell Egypt. This role includes managing relationships with airlines and aviation service providers, coordinating flight schedules and seat allocations, and ensuring compliance with aviation and safety regulations. The Aviation Manager will monitor flight performance, support flight safety initiatives, analyze operational data, and address any service issues affecting travelers. Daily tasks also involve coordinating with internal teams, optimizing programs related to aviation services, managing budgets and contracts, and providing guidance on aviation-related matters to support seamless travel experiences. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to review operational data, identify trends, and support decision-making. Candidates should possess Aviation and Aircraft knowledge to manage airline relationships, understand flight operations, and support technical considerations. Candidates should possess Program Management skills to coordinate aviation-related projects, optimize processes, and manage timelines and resources. Candidates should possess Flight Safety awareness to support compliance with safety standards and promote safe travel practices. Relevant experience in aviation management, airline operations, or travel industry roles is highly beneficial. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. Ability to work on-site in Heliopolis, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
