Job title: Client Accountant Department: Accounts and Finance Work location: Engineers – Giza Experience required: 2 to 4 years Type of work: Full-time Job objective: We are looking for a Client Accountant to join the accounting team, responsible for monitoring client accounts, invoices and collections, reviewing balances and ensuring data and accounts accuracy. Responsibilities: - Recording and reviewing client sales invoices. - Periodic monitoring of client balances and accounts. - Preparing and reviewing client account statements. - Following up on collections and client due dates. - Preparing and monitoring Aging reports for clients. - Communicating with clients to follow up on dues and payment schedules. - Reconciling client accounts and performing necessary settlements. - Monitoring returns, discounts, and debit/credit notices. - Reviewing documents and invoices for completeness and accuracy. - Preparing periodic reports on client accounts and collections. - Coordinating with Sales, Stores, and Finance departments to resolve discrepancies or issues. - Recording and tracking collections in the accounting system. - Assisting in monthly closing of accounts. - Performing any other tasks related to the position as directed by the Accounts Manager. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce – Accounting Department. - 2 to 4 years of experience in accounts receivable. - Previous experience in manufacturing companies or food companies preferred. - Good experience in Accounts Receivable and collections. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel. - ERP / Odoo experience preferred. - Good knowledge of accounting principles. - High accuracy in reviewing data and documents. - Ability to prepare and review Aging reports. - Good level of English.
