Job Overview:
We are looking for an IT Specialist to manage and support our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in networking and systems administration, with the ability to monitor virtualized environments and high-end security gateways.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support for end-users (Hardware & Software).
Monitor dual-ISP connectivity and ensure high availability of the network.
Maintain and monitor Virtual Machines (VMs) within a Proxmox environment.
Manage office peripherals including Toshiba & Canon printers and Wi-Fi Access Points.
Ensure the implementation of firewall policies and network security protocols.
Maintain technical documentation and IP address management (IPv4).
Requirements
Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science or similar relevant fiel
From 1 to 3 years of previous experience as an IT Help Desk & Technical Support
In-depth knowledge of computer systems and mobile devices
Hands on experience with diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues
Very Good proficiency in English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

درجة البكالوريوس في تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو علوم الحاسوب أو مجال ذي صلة

معرفة عميقة بأنظمة الحاسوب والأجهزة المحمولة
خبرة عملية في تشخيص وحل قضايا تقنية أساسية
إتقان جيد جدًا للغة الإنجليزية
