TAG Creative Hub is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Mansoura!

???? Working Days:Sunday to Thursday
⏰ Time: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
???? On-site/full time – Mansoura

???? Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Coach and develop team members to improve their sales skills and performance.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure proper follow-up with potential clients.
- Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Account Management teams to maximize business opportunities.
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to business development strategies.

???? Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, with proven experience in a managerial or team leadership role.
- Strong background in Digital Marketing.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, KPIs, and CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment.
