Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our IT infrastructure and providing exceptional technical support to our employees.
Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support to end-users. Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to computers, servers, and other peripherals. Configure and maintain network devices to ensure optimal network performance and security. Assist with the setup and maintenance of MFP (Multi-Function Printers). Communicate effectively with employees in both English and Arabic to provide clear and helpful guidance. Troubleshoot and support Microsoft Office 365 and other Microsoft products. Utilize ITSM tool to manage and track support requests, incidents, and changes. Collaborate with external vendors and service providers as needed. Assist with IT asset management and inventory tracking. Stay current with technology trends and security best practices. Provide training and workshops to users to enhance their technical proficiency. Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT documentation and knowledge base.
Skill Requirements:Experience At least 3 years of experience as an IT Help Desk or Technical Support. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proficiency in configuring and maintaining Fortinet and Cisco network devices. Fluent in both English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with Microsoft 365. Familiarity with Fortinet is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
