1 Product Manager – Cardiometabolic (Diabetes)

???? Role Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the planning, positioning, and performance of our Diabetes & Cardiometabolic portfolio. The ideal candidate will drive marketing excellence, support field force effectiveness, and ensure strong market presence and sustainable business growth.

✅ Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute brand strategies and annual marketing plans for the Cardiometabolic line.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities in diabetes care.
Lead product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities tailored to cardiometabolic specialists.
Support and train the sales team to ensure strong product knowledge and execution.
Monitor product performance and take corrective actions to achieve sales targets.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI optimization.

✅ Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, or a relevant medical field.
Proven experience as a Product Manager in the pharmaceutical industry handling Diabetes or Cardiometabolic lines.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
Excellent presentation and leadership abilities.
High level of ownership, creativity, and result orientation.
