Job Title: Maintenance Electrical Engineer Department: Maintenance Experience: Fresh graduate – 2 years experience Job Type: Full-time Job Purpose: Assist in ensuring continuous and safe operation of production lines and electrical equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance, and fault diagnosis under supervision of the responsible maintenance engineer. Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist in performing electrical maintenance on production lines and equipment. - Execute and follow up Preventive Maintenance according to the maintenance plan. - Assist in diagnosing electrical faults and determining their causes. - Monitor the status of motors, equipment, and electrical panels. - Assist in inspection and maintenance of Control Panels and MCC. - Handle Sensors, Contactors, Relays and Circuit Breakers. - Assist in dealing with Inverters / VFDs. - Monitor electrical faults and assist in repairing them to reduce downtime of production lines. - Record faults and maintenance and repairs performed. - Supervise electrical technicians under the supervision of the responsible maintenance engineer. - Assist in following up spare parts and electrical maintenance needs. - Collaborate with Production and Mechanical departments to solve problems related to production lines. - Participate in installing and operating new equipment and production lines. - Adhere to safety, health, and electrical safety procedures. - Perform any other maintenance-related tasks as directed by management. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – Electrical. - Fresh graduate or 1–2 years experience in electrical maintenance. - Prior training in factories or industrial maintenance preferred. - Basic knowledge of PLC and Automation systems. - Basic knowledge of VFD / Inverters. - Knowledge of electrical motors and how to operate and control them. - Good knowledge of Control Panels and MCC. - Ability to read and understand electrical drawings. - Basic knowledge of Sensors, Relays, and Contactors. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. - Ability to learn, develop, and work in a team. - Willing to work in a shift system. Personal Skills: Quick learner with a desire to develop. Good problem-solving skills. Commitment and discipline. Ability to work under pressure. Teamwork. Attention to detail.
