Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Experience Required: 4 to 6 years Age: 27 to 32 years Residence: applicant must be a resident of Sаты City Responsibilities: - Perform and follow up on mechanical maintenance works for production lines and equipment. - Develop and implement preventive and periodic maintenance plans. - Handle mechanical faults, diagnose causes, and repair as quickly as possible. - Monitor equipment and production line efficiency and reduce downtime. - Supervise maintenance technicians and assign daily tasks. - Monitor daily maintenance works and prepare fault and repair reports. - Track spare parts and maintenance-related needs. - Collaborate with Production, Electrical, and Quality departments to ensure continuous operation. - Analyze recurring faults and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. - Participate in installation and commissioning of new equipment and production lines. - Adhere to occupational safety and health instructions and plant policies. - Perform any other maintenance-related tasks as directed by management. Requirements and Qualifications: - Bachelor of Engineering – Mechanical Department. - 4 to 6 years of experience in mechanical maintenance in factories. - Prior experience in food manufacturing or FMCG preferred. - Strong experience in maintaining production lines and industrial equipment. - Good knowledge of Pneumatic & Hydraulic systems. - Experience dealing with motors, gearboxes, pumps, belts, compressors, and mechanical equipment. - Ability to analyze faults and solve technical problems. - Experience in preparing and executing Preventive Maintenance plans. - Ability to lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Odoo system. - Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency faults. - Willingness to work in shifts when needed.
