Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Experience: Fresh graduate – two years of experience
Responsibilities: Aid in implementing preventive and periodic maintenance for production lines and equipment. Monitor mechanical faults and assist in identifying causes and repairs. Perform maintenance under the supervision of the responsible maintenance engineer. Monitor equipment condition and ensure efficient operation. Assist in implementing Preventive Maintenance plans. Monitor maintenance technicians' work and ensure tasks are completed. Record faults and maintenance and repairs performed. Assist in tracking spare parts and maintenance needs. Collaborate with Production, Electrical, and Quality departments to resolve equipment issues. Adhere to occupational safety and health procedures and factory instructions. Participate in assembling and operating new equipment and production lines. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – Mechanical Engineering. Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of experience in industrial maintenance. Preference for prior training in factories or maintenance field. Basic knowledge of Pneumatic & Hydraulic systems. Basic knowledge of maintenance of pumps, gearboxes, belts, bearings, and compressors. Ability to read mechanical drawings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Ability to learn and work in a team. Willingness to work in shifts. Personal skills: quick learning, problem solving, discipline and commitment, ability to work under pressure, teamwork, attention to detail, desire for development in the field of industrial maintenance.
