Job Title: Telesales Agent

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Work Shifts: Night shifts (Australian time) — 7-hour shifts. Flexible options available: 5 days a week (4 days also available) with 7-hour or 6-hour shifts.

Position Purpose

Optima Cleaners™ is a franchise business serving residential and commercial clients across Australia. We provide a range of domestic cleaning services through our network of highly skilled franchisees. The main goal of this position is to convert the maximum number of incoming enquiries into bookings.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

• Obtain client information by answering phone calls and verifying details.
• Follow the daily checklist and adhere to the Minimum Quality Standards (10 must-dos).
• Determine client eligibility by comparing provided information to requirements.
• Establish policies by entering client information and confirming pricing.
• Inform clients about procedures, answer questions, and provide necessary information.
• Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommend improved procedures.
• Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.
• Accomplish sales and organizational missions by achieving related results as needed.

Experience

Candidates with a sales background will be prioritized, though it is not a mandatory requirement.

Requirements

• Fluency in English.
• Own computer.
• Internet connection (minimum 100Mbps).
• Availability to work night shifts.

Compensation

We offer a competitive base salary of 22,000 EGP per month, with the opportunity to earn up to 70,000 EGP through commission incentives.
