Appointment Setter / Sales Representative – Canadian Moving & Storage Company

We are a growing moving and storage company based in Canada looking for a highly motivated Appointment Setter / Sales Representative to join our team remotely.

This is a base salary + commission sales position. We are looking for people who are motivated by earning potential, performance, and growth — not someone looking for a standard clock-in, clock-out position.

What You'll Be Doing

• Calling and speaking with potential customers.
• Responding quickly to inbound leads.
• Qualifying customers and understanding their moving and storage needs.
• Booking qualified appointments for our sales team.
• Consistently following up with leads.
• Updating customer information and notes in our CRM.
• Working toward daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

The Canadian moving industry gets extremely busy during the spring and summer. During peak season, we need people who are willing to step up, work hard, and help the team handle the increased volume.

You must be comfortable with:

• Consistently working 8–12 hour days.
• Working 5–6 days per week.
• Working weekends.
• Working Canadian business hours from Egypt.
• Maintaining a flexible schedule during busy periods.
• Putting in additional time when sales volume is high.
• Being a team player and helping wherever needed during peak season.

This is a fast-paced sales environment. We're looking for someone who is hungry, competitive, dependable, and motivated to make money.

Compensation

Base Salary + Commission

Your earning potential is directly connected to your performance. If you're motivated to sell, put in the hours, and produce results, there is significant opportunity to increase your income through commission.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Confident and professional on the phone.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Sales, appointment-setting, or call-centre experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable computer, headset, and high-speed internet.
• Ability to work Canadian hours, weekends, and extended hours when required.
