Role Description The Partnerships Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Manshiat El Tahrir. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strategic relationships with client organizations, community partners, and potential corporate accounts. Day-to-day tasks include conducting outreach to prospective partners, presenting Jobs Hub’s services, negotiating partnership terms, and managing ongoing partner communications. The Partnerships Specialist will collaborate with internal recruitment and marketing teams to design joint initiatives, track partnership performance, and ensure partner satisfaction. The role also involves preparing reports, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, and representing Jobs Hub at events, meetings, and networking activities.
Qualifications
Business development and partnership management skills, including client outreach, relationship building, and account management. Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain services clearly, negotiate terms, and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. Organizational and analytical skills, such as planning, reporting, data tracking, and using CRM or similar tools to manage partner information. Collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with recruitment, marketing, and operations teams. Prior experience in recruitment, HR services, sales, or corporate partnerships is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Ability to work on-site in Manshiat El Tahrir and manage a client-facing schedule. Strong ethical standards, commitment to non-discriminatory practices, and a customer-focused mindset.
