المحاسب الخزني مسؤول عن دعم عمليات الخزنة اليومية، إدارة المعاملات المصرفية، مراقبة التدفق النقدي، وضمان معالجة المدفوعات والتحصيلات في الوقت المحدد. يسهم الدور في الحفاظ على سجلات خزنة دقيقة، إعداد التقارير، وضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة مع التنسيق مع قسم المالية وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين الآخرين.
المهام والمسؤوليات الأساسية
- إدارة النقد:
- مراقبة أرصدة النقد اليومية ودعم إدارة احتياجات سيولة الشركة.
- تتبع التدفقات النقدية الداخلة والخارجة يوميًا وإعداد تقارير مركز النقد.
- المساعدة في إعداد توقعات التدفق النقدي القصير الأجل.
- دعم أنشطة إدارة رأس المال العامل.
- العمليات المصرفية:
- معالجة التحويلات البنكية والمدفوعات والودائع وغيرها من المعاملات المصرفية بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد.
- إعداد وتقديم المستندات المصرفية، بما في ذلك متطلبات فتح الحساب وصيانته.
- التنسيق مع البنوك في الأمور التشغيلية الروتينية.
- إجراء التسويات المصرفية وحل أي فوارق على الفور.
- عمليات الخزنة:
- تسجيل معاملات الخزنة بدقة في نظام تخطيط الموارد المؤسسي/المحاسبة.
- ضمان اكتمال الوثائق الخزنية وصيانتها بشكل صحيح.
- التنسيق مع قسم Accounts Payable وقسم Accounts Receivable وفريق دفتر الأستاذ العام لضمان تسجيل دقيق للمعاملات الخزنية.
- دعم تنفيذ والالتزام بسياسات الخزنة وضوابطها الداخلية.
- التقارير:
- إعداد تقارير الخزنة اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية.
- المساعدة في رصد اتجاهات التدفق النقدي وتسليط الضوء على الانحرافات.
- دعم الإدارة من خلال تقديم تقارير وتحليلات متعلقة بالخزنة.
- المساعدة في طلبات التدقيق من خلال توفير وثائق وتقارير خزنية.
- الامتثال:
- التأكد من الامتثال لسياسات الشركة ومتطلبات البنوك والإجراءات المالية.
- الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات المالية والمصرفية.
- تحديد والإبلاغ عن أي معاملات خزنية غير عادية أو مشاكل تشغيلية.
الملف الشخصي المرغوب فيه للمرشح
درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو التجارة أو مجال ذي صلة.
2–3 سنوات من الخبرة في الخزنة أو المالية أو المحاسبة.
فهم جيد لعمليات البنوك وإدارة النقد والعمليات المالية.
يفضل الخبرة بالتسجيل العام (GL).
يفضّل الخبرة بأنظمة ERP.
إتقان Microsoft Excel وMicrosoft Office.

The Treasury Accountant is responsible for supporting daily treasury operations, managing banking transactions, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring timely processing of payments and collections. The role contributes to maintaining accurate treasury records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies while coordinating with Finance and other internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Cash Management
- Monitor daily cash balances and support the management of the company's liquidity requirements.
- Track daily cash inflows and outflows and prepare cash position reports.
- Assist in preparing short-term cash flow forecasts.
- Support working capital management activities.
- Banking Operations
- Process bank transfers, payments, deposits, and other banking transactions accurately and on time.
- Prepare and submit banking documentation, including account opening and maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with banks on routine operational matters.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Treasury Operations
- Record treasury transactions accurately in the ERP/accounting system.
- Ensure treasury documentation is complete and properly maintained.
- Coordinate with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and the General Ledger team to ensure accurate recording of treasury transactions.
- Support the implementation and adherence to treasury policies and internal controls.
- Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly treasury reports.
- Assist in monitoring cash flow trends and highlighting variances.
- Support management by providing treasury-related reports and analysis.
- Assist with audit requests by providing treasury documentation and reports.
- Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, banking requirements, and financial procedures.
- Maintain the confidentiality of financial and banking information.
- Identify and report any unusual treasury transactions or operational issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, or Accounting.
Good understanding of banking operations, cash management, and financial processes.
Exposure to General Ledger (GL) accounting is preferred.
Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
