نظرة عامة على الدور
مشغل الرافعة مسئول عن المناولة الفعالة والآمنة للبضائع داخل المستودع. يتضمن الدور تنفيذ عملية الاستلام بدقة لضمان دقة الطلب وتوفر المخزون في الوقت المناسب للمتاجر. النجاح يتطلب التعاون مع الفريق لتحقيق أهداف القسم مع الالتزام بمعايير التشغيل الخاصة بـ IKEA. يجب على المشغل استخدام معرفته باللوجستيات وإجراءات المستودعات للحفاظ على سلامة المخزون وتحسين توفر البضائع. الالتزام بتدابيش الصحة والسلامة والأمن أمر حاسم لمنع الحوادث وتعزيز بيئة عمل داعمة.

المساهمة في التنفيذ الفعّال لمهام مخزن المتجر لضمان توفر السلع.
العمل وفقاً لإرشادات الجرد للحفاظ على سلامة البيانات وزيادة توفر المنتج.
اتباع جميع قواعد الصحة والسلامة والأمن في IKEA لمنع الحوادث.
دعم الزملاء في القسم ومناطق المتجر الأخرى عند الضرورة.

Overview of the role
The forklift operator is responsible for efficient and safe handling of goods within the warehouse. The role involves executing the receiving process with precision to ensure order accuracy and timely stock availability for stores. Success involves collaborating with the team to achieve departmental goals while adhering to IKEA's operational standards. The operator must utilize their knowledge of logistics and warehouse procedures to maintain inventory integrity and enhance goods availability. Commitment to health, safety, and security measures is crucial to prevent incidents and foster a supportive work environment.
What you will do
Execute the receiving process efficiently and safely with high accuracy.
Ensure warehouse operations are secured for preparing and picking orders for stores.
Develop and apply knowledge of IKEA operations to improve processes.
Contribute to the timely execution of store warehouse tasks to ensure high goods availability.
Work according to inventory guidelines to maintain data integrity and maximize product availability.
Follow all IKEA health, safety, and security rules to prevent incidents.
Support colleagues in the department and other store areas when necessary.
Required skills to be successful
Proficient in retail and logistics processes.
Ability to prioritize and organize tasks efficiently.
Good interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.

What qualifies you for the role
2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations.
Knowledge of warehouse procedures.
