Position Overview Tagaddod is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused In-store Sales Representative to join our team in Imbaba. In this role, you will represent Tagaddod in-store, engage with customers, promote our products and services, and contribute to achieving sales and customer acquisition targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Tagaddod professionally within the assigned store and act as the main point of contact for customers.
• Engage with visitors, explain Tagaddod s services, and respond to customer questions.
• Promote and communicate the benefits of Tagaddod s solutions to potential and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Support customer registration, onboarding, and data collection accurately through the company s systems.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain accurate records of leads and interactions.
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain a professional and organized in-store presence, including promotional materials and displays.
• Gather customer feedback and share market insights with the sales and commercial teams.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve basic customer concerns in a timely manner.
• Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and promotional activities as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school certificate or Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Previous experience in retail sales, telesales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused, confident, and able to engage with a wide range of customers.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work towards sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital applications.
• Fluency in Arabic is essential; working knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in Imbaba and according to the assigned working schedule.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
