Role Description This full-time Supervisor role at Chubb is an on-site position based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Supervisor will oversee daily team operations, ensuring accurate and timely handling of insurance-related tasks, workflow, and service requests. Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, assigning and reviewing work, and supporting adherence to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The role will collaborate with cross-functional colleagues, help resolve complex operational or customer issues, and provide coaching, feedback, and training to team members. The Supervisor will also contribute to process improvements, reporting, and documentation to support efficiency and a strong customer experience.
Qualifications
Leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, performance coaching, and conflict resolution. Operational coordination and organizational skills, with experience managing workflows, priorities, and deadlines in a service or insurance environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues, support customers, and present information clearly. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify issues, and recommend corrective actions. Attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and adherence to compliance and quality standards. Proficiency with office productivity tools and business systems; familiarity with insurance operations or financial services is an advantage. Ability to work on-site in Alexandria, Egypt, and coordinate effectively in a multicultural, global organization. Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, or a related field; prior supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
