Role Description The English/German Teacher is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi. The teacher will plan and deliver engaging English and German language lessons, aligned with the foundation’s educational standards and learner needs. Daily tasks include preparing lesson plans, teaching classes, assessing student progress, and providing individual support to help learners reach their goals. The role also involves creating a positive classroom environment, collaborating with colleagues on curriculum and activities, and communicating regularly with caregivers or guardians about student development. The teacher is expected to participate in meetings, training sessions, and school events that support continuous improvement of teaching quality and student outcomes. Qualifications Ability to teach English/German effectively, with strong English/German Teaching skills and knowledge of language pedagogy. Proficiency in Teaching and Education practices, including lesson planning, classroom management, and learner assessment. Experience in Tutoring and Training, supporting individual learners and facilitating group learning activities. Strong command of English and German, with clear communication skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods to different levels. Relevant teaching qualification or degree in Education, Languages, or a related field. Experience teaching in school or educational center settings; prior work with diverse learners is an advantage. Ability to create inclusive, respectful, and motivating learning environments aligned with the foundation’s values. Organizational skills, reliability, and willingness to participate in professional development and school initiatives.
