Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective sourcing and procurement strategies.* Identify, evaluate, and build long-term relationships with suppliers and business partners.* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to achieve the best value.* Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for construction projects.* Review and finalize purchase orders, contracts, and delivery schedules.* Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.* Track procurement KPIs and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve efficiency.* Collaborate with engineering, technical office, and project teams to ensure procurement aligns with project specifications and timelines.* Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, manage risks, and anticipate market changes.* Lead and mentor the procurement team while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.* 10–12 years of experience in Procurement, including proven experience as a Procurement Manager or Head of Procurement.* Previous experience in the construction industry is a must.* Strong knowledge of sourcing, procurement strategies, and supplier management.* Excellent negotiation, networking, and contract management skills.* Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.* Strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership abilities.
