About the Job We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to manage the end-to-end procurement process for IT products and project requirements. If you have strong negotiation skills, experience in IT procurement, and enjoy working with cross-functional teams, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Manage the full procurement cycle from Purchase Requests to delivery. Source and evaluate suppliers for IT products and services. Prepare RFQs, compare quotations, and negotiate pricing and commercial terms. Issue and monitor Purchase Orders (POs). Follow up on deliveries and coordinate with suppliers. Work closely with Sales, Technical, Operations, and Finance teams. Monitor vendor performance and maintain procurement documentation. What We're Looking For✅ Bachelor's Degree.✅ 2–5 years of Procurement experience.✅ Previous experience in an IT company is a must.✅ Experience purchasing IT hardware, software, networking, cloud, or cybersecurity solutions.✅ Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.✅ Good command of English.✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).✅ Experience with ERP systems (Odoo is a plus).✅ Experience with vendors such as Cisco, Dell, HPE, Microsoft, Fortinet, Sophos, VMware, or Huawei is a plus.????
