نظرة عامة على الدور
إدارة وظيفة الرقابة الائتمانية من خلال الإشراف على تحصيلات العملاء، وأرصدة المدينين، وأنشطة استرداد الديون لضمان سيولة نقدية صحية وإدارة مخاطر الائتمان بشكل فعال. المسؤول عن إدارة محافظ العملاء المعينين، ومراقبة الرصيد المستحق، ودفع التحصيل في الوقت المناسب، والحفاظ على علاقات عملاء قوية مع ضمان الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات الائتمان الخاصة بالشركة. يلعب المنصب دوراً رئيسياً في تحسين رأس المال العامل، وتقليل التعثر في التحصيل والديون المعدومة، وتحسين أداء الجمع والتعاون مع الحوكمة المالية والجهات المعنية لدعم العمليات الأعمال.
ما ستفعله
إدارة محفظة من حسابات العملاء والمستأجرين، وتفعيل نشاطات تحصيل الدين بشكل استباقي لتقليل المدين المستحق وتجنب تعثر الديون.
التواصل مع العملاء عبر الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني والاتصالات المكتوبة للتفاوض على حلول الدفع، وتسوية الأرصدة المستحقة، والحفاظ على علاقات عملاء إيجابية.
تقييم الوضع المالي للعملاء وتقديم توصيات باستراتيجيات التحصيل وخطط السداد والإجراءات الاسترجاعية وفق سياسات الشركة.
مراقبة أداء المدينين وتقارير الشيخوخة ومؤشرات الأداء للتحصيل، وتحديد المخاطر وتنفيذ الإجراءات لتحسين جمع النقد.
الحفاظ على سجلات حسابات العملاء الدقيقة والتسويات وأنشطة التحصيل ضمن ERP والأنظمة ذات الصلة، وضمان سلامة البيانات والامتثال للشروط العقدية.
إعداد وتحليل تقارير الرقابة الائتمانية والالتزامات العملاء واتجاهات التحصيل لدعم اتخاذ القرار التجاري وتحسينات العمليات المستمرة.
التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخدمات المشتركة والشؤون القانونية ووظائف الأعمال الأخرى لحل حالات التحصيل المعقدة وأسئلة الفوترة والحسابات التي تتطلب إجراءاً تصعيدياً.
ضمان الامتثال لسياسات الرقابة الائتمانية وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية والمتطلبات التنظيمية ومواعيد الإبلاغ الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية.
دعم الإدارة من خلال إعداد تقارير مخصصة، وإجراء تسويات رصيد العملاء، وتقديم توصيات لتقوية عمليات الرقابة الائتمانية والحوكمة المالية.
بناء علاقات قوية عبر الأقسام أثناء تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة وتحقيق التوازن بين أهداف العمل واستراتيجيات استرداد الديون الفعالة.
المهارات المطلوبة للنجاح
خبرة 3+ سنوات في الرقابة الائتمانية، الذمم المدينة، المالية، أو المحاسبة، مع خبرة في إدارة جمع العملاء، استرداد الديون، والذمم المدينة ضمن بيئة الشركات.
خبرة مثبتة في الرقابة الائتمانية، التحصيل، إدارة حسابات العملاء، التسويات، تحليل الشيخوخة، وخفض المدينين المتأخرين مع الحفاظ على علاقات العملاء القوية.
خبرة عملية بأنظمة ERP، ويفضّل SAP أو Yardi، مع القدرة على إدارة السجلات المالية، وحسابات العملاء، والتقارير بكفاءة.
مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات وتنظيم قوية، مع القدرة على إدارة أولويات متعددة، ومحافظ عملاء كبيرة، والالتزام بمواعيد التقارير.
خبرة في دعم عمليات الأعمال من خلال التحليل المالي، مراجعات حسابات العملاء، دعم الفوترة، والتعاون عبر الوظائف.

Overview of the role
Manage the Credit Control function by overseeing customer collections, receivables, and debt recovery activities to ensure healthy cash flow and effective credit risk management. The role is responsible for managing assigned customer portfolios, monitoring outstanding balances, driving timely collections, and maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring compliance with company credit policies and procedures. The position plays a key role in optimizing working capital, minimizing overdue receivables and bad debt exposure, improving collection performance, and supporting business operations through effective financial governance and stakeholder collaboration.
What you will do
Manage a portfolio of customer and tenant accounts, proactively driving debt collection activities to minimize overdue receivables and reduce bad debt exposure.
Engage with customers through phone, email, and written communication to negotiate payment solutions, resolve outstanding balances, and maintain positive client relationships.
Assess customers' financial positions and recommend appropriate collection strategies, payment plans, and recovery actions in line with company policies.
Monitor receivables performance, aging reports, Days Receivables Outstanding (DRO), and collection KPIs, identifying risks and implementing actions to improve cash collection.
Maintain accurate customer account records, reconciliations, and collection activities within ERP and related systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with contractual terms.
Prepare and analyze credit control reports, customer liabilities, and collection trends to support business decision-making and continuous process improvements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, Shared Services, Legal, and other business functions to resolve complex collection cases, billing queries, and accounts requiring escalated action.
Ensure compliance with credit control policies, standard operating procedures, regulatory requirements, and month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting deadlines.
Support management by preparing ad hoc reports, conducting customer balance reconciliations, and providing recommendations to strengthen credit control processes and financial governance.
Build strong cross-functional relationships while delivering excellent customer service and balancing business objectives with effective debt recovery strategies.
Required skills to be successful
3+ years of experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, Finance, or Accounting, with experience managing customer collections, debt recovery, and receivables within a corporate environment.
Proven experience in credit control, collections, customer account management, reconciliations, aging analysis, and reducing overdue receivables while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP or Yardi, with the ability to manage financial records, customer accounts, and reporting efficiently.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, large customer portfolios, and meet reporting deadlines.
Experience supporting business operations through financial analysis, customer account reviews, billing support, and cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with corporate clients, high-net-worth individuals, and internal stakeholders.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience managing large datasets, databases, and financial reporting.
