• Monitor process continuity, troubleshooting & corrective actions wherever required.

• Check for proper repair according to machine design for all troubles.

• Assure spare parts availability & purchase indents for required spares

• Responsible to provide complete analysis on root cause for machinery and suggesting means to enhance efficiency through reducing downtime.

• Assist in preparing maintenance plans and work orders.

• Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff

• Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary

• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities

• Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance

• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation

• Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving equipment efficiency and solving maintenance-related problems.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.

• Background in Heavy industries is a plus.

• Excellent command of English language (speaking, reading and writing).

• Very good command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).

• Very good verbal and written communications skills.

• Detail-oriented and resourceful in completing assigned tasks.
