Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza. This role involves greeting customers, understanding their needs, and providing product recommendations to help them find suitable clothing and accessories. The Sales Specialist supports day-to-day store operations, including managing inventory on the sales floor, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and processing sales transactions accurately. The role also includes handling customer inquiries, resolving basic issues, and participating in ongoing product and sales training to stay updated on new collections and promotions. The Sales Specialist works closely with the store team to achieve sales targets and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and team members. Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to drive store performance and support achievement of sales targets. Candidates should possess Training-related skills to learn quickly, apply new product knowledge, and help reinforce best practices within the team. Basic knowledge of retail operations, including POS systems and cash handling, is beneficial. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required in a retail environment.
