???? Looking for Salesforce Solution Architect (Egypt-Based) at Con X. Digital
Join a growing CRM Practice at Con X. Digital and lead the design and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions for leading organizations across the Middle East. You'll work with executive stakeholders, consultants, and development teams to define scalable solution architectures, drive technical excellence, and ensure successful project delivery across multiple Salesforce Clouds.
Responsibilities:• Lead discovery sessions and solution workshops with business and technical stakeholders• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and other Salesforce products• Define scalable solution architectures, data models, security models, automation strategies, and integration approaches• Collaborate with Consultants and Developers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from presales to deployment• Review solution designs, conduct architecture and code reviews, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices• Guide delivery teams, mentor developers and consultants, and promote technical excellence across projects• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them maximize the value of their Salesforce investment
Qualifications:• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience• Proven experience designing enterprise Salesforce solutions across the Salesforce Core Clouds• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, platform capabilities, security, data modeling, automation, and governance• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, APIs, integrations, and modern integration patterns• Experience with enterprise integration, CI/CD, Dev Ops, and Agile delivery methodologies• Strong knowledge of integration platforms such as Mule Soft is a plus• Excellent communication, presentation, demonstration, and stakeholder management skills• Ability to lead technical discussions with both business and technical audiences• Strong ownership mentality, leadership skills, and a passion for mentoring teams
Preferred:• Salesforce certifications, preferably on the Architect track (Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect) or Platform Developer II• Experience with Data Cloud, Agentforce, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Industries Cloud• Previous experience working in a Salesforce consulting partner or technology consultancy
