We are recruiting Title: Merchandiser's Supervisor Company: Maxim Foods Job Type: Full-timelocated: 5th settlement, Cairo, Egypt. Key Responsibilities• Supervise and manage the merchandisers team to ensure daily store execution• Ensure on-shelf availability, proper shelf presentation, and compliance with merchandising standards• Monitor planograms, shelf layouts, and correct pricing/promotion implementation• Conduct regular store visits/audits to evaluate execution quality and close gaps• Follow up on POSM availability/implementation (where applicable) and ensure correct placement• Identify opportunities to improve visibility and support sales growth• Track execution performance and prepare regular reports/updates for the concerned teams Requirements• Experience in merchandising / FMCG field operations, with supervisory experience preferred• Strong understanding of Modern Trade, shelf standards, and planogram compliance• Good communication and leadership skills• Ability to work in the field and cover assigned stores effectively• Analytical mindset with attention to detail• Fast learner and passion for sales.• Outstanding verbal and communication skills.* Excellent negotiation skills.* Excellent presentation skills.• Excellent problem-solving skills.* Very good English language.* Kindly If you are interested, send your CV to: [اضغط هنا لمشاهدة البريد اﻹلكتروني] and mention the job title in the subject.
