End to end Solution design and architecture role Strong technical skills around telecommunications/IT solutions and services Very good business background Experience in leading teams Proven track record in driving and positioning technical architecture and solutions to customers’ needs Experience in working with geographically distributed teams Understand market trends, technical and business issues associated with the communication industry. Working in an international environment.

Escalation support, incident management and troubleshooting for critical network outages and complex network issues.
- Supporting outcome-oriented engineering, implementation, and production support efforts as the primary technical support person for Problem Management of critical issues at the network level.
Certification: CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, CISCO
Very strong: Cisco Routers , Switches, SASE, SD-WAN, Lan, VÂN BGP, IBGP, Load balancerstroubleshooting, Firewalls, Security solutions MPLS ,IP Network VPN, MPLS
