We are looking for a senior Chief Financial Officer with strong leadership experience to manage all financial and accounting activities of the company and provide precise financial analyses to support the Board of Directors' strategic decisions, with full supervision of liquidity, budgets, and financial reports. Key duties and responsibilities: -- Prepare and manage draft budgets and long- and short-term financial planning. - Lead in-depth financial analysis (profitability analysis, cash flows, financial performance indicators). - Supervise the preparation of financial statements and monthly and annual reports in accordance with accounting standards. - Manage cash liquidity and relationships with banks and financing authorities. - Evaluate the economic feasibility of investment decisions and business expansion. - Supervise the accounting and treasury team and ensure tax and legal compliance. - Provide periodic direct reports to the Chairman of the Board on the company's financial performance. Qualifications and experience required: -- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting or equivalent (must hold ACCA/CFA/CMA). - 10 to 15 years of practical experience in the financial field, including a period as CFO. - Proficiency in advanced financial analysis tools and scenario modeling. - Previous experience in the import/export trading sector is an added advantage. - Proficiency in using advanced accounting software (Excel, ERP). - High leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively with top management.
