Required to find an experienced Accounts Manager to establish and manage the accounting department from scratch, and set up an integrated financial and supervisory system. Main tasks: establish the complete documentation cycle and accounting system. Conduct a comprehensive and accurate stock and asset inventory at the start of work, and validate results to base the accounting system on correct data. Prepare and implement financial and supervisory policies and procedures. Design the chart of accounts and link financial operations to the activity. Supervise recording all financial transactions and prepare reports and financial statements. Establish an effective system for inventory control and periodic counting. Build the accounting team and distribute tasks. Requirements: Bachelor of Commerce – Accounting. 7–10 years of accounting experience, at least 3 years as an Accounts Manager. Previous experience in textile or apparel companies. Practical experience in establishing accounting systems from scratch. Strong experience in inventory counting, reorganization, and accurately establishing opening balances. Proficiency in ERP programs and Microsoft Excel at an advanced level. Leadership, precision, and ability to work under pressure and make decisions. Location: 10th of Ramadan and occasional visits to some branches in Cairo.
