·        Supervise all operations for receiving raw materials, packaging materials, spare parts, and various supplies, ensuring they meet specifications and approved documents.·        Supervise material issuing operations to the various departments according to approved issue requests.·        Ensure the application of proper storage methods that maintain material quality and safety.·        Supervise warehouse organization and apply a coding and classification system to facilitate trading and inventory counting.·        Monitor stock balances and ensure the minimum availability of vital items in coordination with the Purchasing Department.·        Monitor the application of First In, First Out (FIFO) or First In, First to Expire First Out (FEFO) according to item nature.·        Supervise periodic, surprise, and annual stock taking, analyze stock differences and take corrective actions.·        Review and approve all warehouse movements in the ERP system and ensure accuracy.·        Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock movement, inventory levels, stock differences, and dormant items.·        Supervise the warehouse team, assign tasks, monitor performance, and evaluate staff.·        Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Maintenance Departments to ensure continuous operational processes.·        Ensure compliance with quality and food safety requirements and occupational health and safety standards within warehouses.·        Monitor warehouse cleanliness, storage environment safety, and compliance with pest control requirements.·        Propose continuous improvement opportunities to raise inventory management efficiency and reduce waste.·        Higher education.·        Preference for experience in food industries or poultry companies.·        Good knowledge of warehouse management and inventory management systems.·        5 to 7 years of experience.·        Experience using ERP systems and stock operation management.·        Good knowledge of storage, counting, coding, and item management methods.·        Familiar with food safety requirements (GMP, GHP) and occupational health and safety requirements. Leadership skills and decision-making ability.
