Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in El Faiyum, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing existing accounts, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client outreach, presenting products and services, preparing quotations, and following up on leads to close deals. The Sales Specialist will provide ongoing customer support, handle inquiries and issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, preparing regular reports, and participating in training or coaching sessions to stay informed about products and sales techniques. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain positive client relationships. Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals. Background in Training or coaching, with the ability to share product and sales knowledge with colleagues or clients. Exposure to Sales Management practices, such as pipeline tracking, forecasting, and performance monitoring. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and adapt to changing priorities. Basic proficiency with CRM tools and office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Previous experience in a similar role or related field is preferred; post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is an advantage.
