• Implement, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).

• Monitor product and process quality to ensure compliance with company and customer requirements.

• Conduct internal audits and support external certification audits.

• Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Analyze quality data and prepare regular quality performance reports.

• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

• Manage customer complaints and coordinate resolution activities.

• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and applicable quality regulations.

• Participate in supplier quality evaluations and audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.

• Age above 30 years.

• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards.

• Experience in quality audits, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Good command of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience in handling customer complaints and quality investigations.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or black Belt certification is preferred.
