We’re Hiring: Senior Account Manager Signature is looking for a Senior Account Manager who knows how to build strong client relationships, lead accounts confidently, and turn business needs into clear, actionable directions for internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who understands the pace of agency life, communicates professionally, and can maintain the right balance between client satisfaction, strategic thinking, and smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities Manage and develop long-term relationships with assigned clients Understand client objectives, challenges, and business priorities Translate client briefs into clear directions for creative, content, media, and production teams. Lead client meetings, presentations, follow-ups, and day-to-day communication. Manage project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and revision cycles. Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure quality and timely delivery. Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and service expansion Handle client concerns professionally and provide practical solutions Prepare account updates, reports, proposals, and performance reviews

Requirements3–5 years of experience in account management within a marketing or advertising agency Strong client relationship management and communication skills Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media, creative, and production workflows Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously Strong presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and ownership of deliverables Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment Excellent command of English and Arabic
