Are you an experienced telesales leader & Manager with a passion for driving results, coaching teams, and building a high-performance sales culture?

???? What You'll Do

✅ Lead and coach a high-performing telesales team.

✅ Drive team performance and achieve ambitious sales targets.

✅ Monitor KPIs, pipeline, and conversion rates.

✅ Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews.

✅ Ensure CRM accuracy and sales process compliance.

✅ Work closely with Recruitment and Training to grow and develop the team.

???? What We're Looking For

✔️ 2–5+ years of experience in telesales or inside sales.

✔️ At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader or Sales Manager.

✔️ Strong B2C sales background.

✔️ Excellent spoken and written English.

✔️ Proven experience managing KPIs, coaching teams, and achieving targets.

✔️ Hands-on leadership with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

✔️ CRM experience is a plus.
