We are looking for a highly creative and technically proficient Senior Video Editor to join our fast-paced Marketing & Advertising agency in New Cairo. You will not just cut clips; you will shape brand stories, optimize for platform-specific engagement, and bring big-budget commercial concepts to life. ilities
Video Post-Production: Edit high-quality video content for TV commercials, digital ads (You Tube, Tik Tok, Instagram Reels), corporate films, social media campaigns, and OOH digital screens. Storytelling & Pacing: Interpret creative briefs and scripts to assemble raw footage into compelling narratives that align with brand voice and campaign KPIs. Motion Graphics Integration: Collaborate with motion designers to incorporate lower thirds, kinetic typography, animated logos, and VFX elements seamlessly. Audio & Color: Perform basic audio mixing, noise reduction, and color grading to ensure a polished, broadcast-ready output. Versioning: Create multiple cutdowns (15s, 30s, 60s, vertical, square, horizontal) for different platforms without losing the core message. Quality Control: Ensure all deliverables meet technical specifications (resolution, codecs, aspect ratios, frame rates) for various media. Asset Management: Organize and maintain project files, raw footage, and final exports on internal servers (New Cairo onsite). Onsite Collaboration: Work directly with directors, copywriters, and art directors in the New Cairo studio to iterate quickly based on real-time feedback. Mentorship: Guide junior editors and interns on editing workflows, shortcuts, and creative techniques. Qualifications &

ust-Have:
Experience: 2+ years of professional video editing experience, with at least 2 years in an advertising agency, production house, or marketing department. Portfolio: A strong showreel demonstrating commercial work, fast-paced edits, and platform-specific social media content. Technical Proficiency:Advanced in: Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects. Proficient in: DaVinci Resolve (color grading) and Adobe Audition / Audacity (audio). Working knowledge of: Photoshop, Illustrator (for asset preparation). Industry Knowledge: Understanding of marketing funnels, retention curves, and hook strategies for social media (Tik Tok/Reels/Shorts). Soft Skills: Exceptional time management, ability to take constructive criticism, and calm under deadline pressure.
