Student Success Advisor ( Sales - Customer Servicer )

Responsibilities :Provide consultation and support to students following SOPsBuild strong customer relationships through personalized learning plans Promote course renewals and follow up with customers to increase conversion Monitor student progress, analyze data, and suggest improvement strategies Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction Drive renewals, referrals, and achieve sales targets

Requirements :Bachelor's Degree1+ year of experience in sales or telesales Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for education and customer service English proficiency (B1) Target-driven, motivated, and approachable personality
Working Schedule and Location :location :Maadi, Cairo (on-site position)
Schedule :Sunday to Thursday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM ( includes a 1 hour and 15 min break ) Saturday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PMFriday: Off Day
