About Unique Saray Development
Unique Saray Development is a Dubai-based real estate developer offering premium residential projects in Dubai. We are expanding our broker network in Egypt and are looking for a driven professional to build strong partnerships with real estate agencies across Cairo.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and onboard real estate brokerage companies across Cairo.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with brokerage partners.
Present our Dubai real estate projects and partnership opportunities.
Conduct regular visits and meetings with brokers to grow our network.
Follow up with partners and provide continuous support.
Requirements
Based in Cairo, Egypt.
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate brokerage or real estate development in Egypt.
Existing network within the Egyptian real estate market is a plus.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Owns a private vehicle and holds a valid driving license.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.

متابعة الشركاء وتقديم الدعم المستمر
المتطلبات
مقيم في القاهرة، مصر.
خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في الوساطة العقارية أو تطوير العقارات في مصر.
وجود شبكة داخل سوق العقارات المصري تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
الطلاقة في العربية والإنجليزية.
امتلاك مركبة خاصة و رخصة قيادة سارية.
مهارات اتصال وعرض وتفاوض مميزة.
دافع ذاتي ومريح في العمل بشكل مستقل في دور ميداني.
