### Requirements:- Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales.- Strong communication and negotiation skills.- Excellent presentation and client relationship management skills.- Target-oriented with a proven ability to close deals.- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
### Responsibilities:- Generate and qualify new leads.- Conduct property presentations and site visits.- Follow up with clients throughout the sales cycle.- Achieve monthly sales targets.- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.- Update CRM and maintain accurate sales records.
