Role Objectivess Responsible for overseeing day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and highly functional environments across all designated company sites. The role leads facilities services, maintenance activities, and waste management programs to ensure operational continuity, asset reliability, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Roles & Responsibilities:Soft Services Management: Oversee daily cleaning operations, sanitation, and pest control activities across all facilities to ensure the highest standards of hygiene. Waste & Segregation Management: Design, implement, and supervise comprehensive waste management protocols, driving strict waste segregation initiatives to support sustainability goals and regulatory compliance. Maintenance Coordination: Supervise routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance of building infrastructure, utility systems, and facility assets, coordinating technical tasks with internal teams and external contractors. Vendor & SLA Management: Manage relationships with external service providers, including cleaning agencies, waste disposal contractors, and maintenance vendors; monitor performance against established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Inspections & Audits: Conduct regular facility walk-throughs and safety audits to identify defects, hazards, or cleanliness gaps, initiating immediate corrective actions. Team Leadership: Lead, schedule, and supervise on-site facilities staff and contracted personnel, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and efficiency. Budget & Inventory Control: Monitor operational expenses related to facilities management, optimize utility consumption, and manage the inventory of cleaning, hygiene, and maintenance supplies. HSE Compliance: Ensure all facility practices strictly align with corporate EHS policies, keeping updated documentation of safety measures and incident reports. Required Education, Knowledge, And Skills:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering5-7 years of experience in facilities management, facility operations, or corporate maintenance. Proven track record in managing large-scale cleaning services, waste management, and segregation protocols. Prior experience in FMCG, FMBS (Facility Management Business Services), or hospital/healthcare environments is highly preferred.
