Role Description The Branch Manager – Kids Fashion Retail will oversee daily operations of the kids’ fashion store in Markaz Berket El Sabaa in a full-time, on-site capacity. This role involves leading and coaching the store team, managing staff schedules, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service for families and children. The Branch Manager will be responsible for visual merchandising, inventory control, and coordination of product displays to reflect brand standards and seasonal trends. The role also includes maintaining store cleanliness and safety, handling cash and financial reporting, and implementing promotional activities to drive footfall and revenue. The Branch Manager will collaborate with head office to meet sales targets, optimize processes, and uphold company policies and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
Proven experience in retail management, preferably in fashion or kids’ apparel, with strong skills in team leadership and store operations. Demonstrated ability in customer service, conflict resolution, and maintaining a welcoming, family-friendly store environment. Experience with basic sales analysis, inventory management, and cash handling, including daily closing and reporting. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet performance targets. Effective communication skills in a professional setting, with the ability to train and motivate staff across different roles. Comfort with using point-of-sale systems and basic office software for reporting and coordination with head office. High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail, with commitment to company policies and safety standards. Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
