• Implement the retail site inspection program and ensure annual inspection targets are achieved.

• Conduct quality inspections and audits at retail stations to verify compliance with company standards and procedures.

• Follow up on corrective actions resulting from inspections and ensure timely implementation.

• Investigate and resolve quality-related customer complaints.

• Validate station inventory, product quality, and compliance with operational requirements.

• Ensure the proper execution of product receiving, handling, and unloading procedures.

• Monitor station performance and recommend improvements to enhance quality and customer satisfaction.

• Support the maintenance and calibration of Quality Lab equipment and related assets.

• Conduct regular field visits and prepare inspection reports with recommendations.

• Ensure adherence to HSQE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all assigned stations.

Requirements
