Role Description, Purpose & Accountabilities We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Teaching Operations Coordinator to provide key coordination and logistical support that ensures the smooth and efficient running of our teaching operation. In this role, you will deliver a range of administrative and customer services in line with corporate procedures, helping to maximise quality, continuity and efficiency. You will support student registration, customer care and re-registration processes, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and high standards of teaching, learning and service delivery. Responsibilities will include maintaining accurate customer and financial records, preparing routine and non-standard documentation, reports and reconciliations, and carrying out basic analysis to support process improvement. You will be a key point of contact for customer enquiries, providing excellent service while escalating complex issues appropriately. You will proactively identify and communicate risks that may affect teaching delivery or the customer experience, including complaints, resourcing challenges and logistical or technical difficulties. Working closely with colleagues and external suppliers, you will coordinate activities, services and events, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively. The successful candidate will understand and follow risk management and compliance procedures, including safeguarding, security, financial controls and data handling requirements. You will also manage small-scale resources, ensure materials and equipment are available when needed, and effectively plan, prioritise and coordinate work to meet changing demands and agreed quality and service standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in administrative management, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Experience in a customer focused environment.
  • The British Council systems and global processes operate in English. Written and verbal proficiency in English is required.
