للعمل ضمن فريق المكتب الفني والمساهمة في تطوير التصاميم المعمارية للمشاريع، إعداد الرسومات المعمارية، والتنسيق مع تخصصات الهندسة المختلفة لضمان تكامل التصميم وجودته. كما يتضمن الدور تطوير وتحديث نماذج BIM المعمارية، دعم أنشطة التصميم والتطوير وفقاً لمتطلبات الكود السعودي للبناء والمعايير والأنظمة المعمول بها، والمساهمة في إعداد المقترحات الفنية، وتسليمات التصميم، وعروض التصوير المعماري.
الملف الوظيفي المطلوب
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية.
- معرفة بالكود السعودي للبناء والمعايير والأنظمة المعمارية ذات الصلة.
- إتقان متقدم لتطبيقات Microsoft Office، خاصة Excel وPowerPoint وWord.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (المحادثة والكتابة).
- خبرة مهنية ذات صلة لمدة 6 سنوات.
- مهارات جيدة في إعداد الرسومات المعمارية والتنسيق الهندسي ومخرجات العروض المعمارية.
- إتقان Adobe Photoshop وAdobe Illustrator.
- إتقان برامج التصوير المعماري مثل Lumion.
- إتقان Autodesk Revit (BIM) وAutoCAD.
To work within the Technical Office team and contribute to the development of architectural designs for projects, prepare architectural drawings, and coordinate with various engineering disciplines to ensure design integration and quality. The role also involves developing and updating architectural BIM models, supporting design and development activities in accordance with the Saudi Building Code and applicable standards and regulations, and contributing to the preparation of technical proposals, design deliverables, and architectural presentations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and relevant architectural standards and regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- 6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Good skills in preparing architectural drawings, engineering coordination, and architectural presentation outputs.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Proficiency in architectural visualization software such as Lumion.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (BIM) and AutoCAD.
