Role Description The Senior TA (English B2–C1) is a full-time, on-site role based in El Maadi El Gadida. The role involves supporting lead teachers in planning and delivering educational activities, particularly in Mathematics and English, and ensuring lessons run smoothly. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with classroom management, providing individual and small-group support to students, preparing teaching materials, and helping assess student progress. The Senior TA will also communicate with teachers and coordinators to align on learning objectives, contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment, and participate in school events and professional development activities.
Qualifications

Strong Assistant Teaching and Education skills, with experience supporting structured lesson delivery. Proficiency in Communication and Working With Children, with the ability to build trust and maintain classroom discipline. Solid understanding of Mathematics to assist in explaining concepts and supporting practice activities. English language proficiency at B2–C1 level, with clear spoken and written communication. Ability to work on-site in El Maadi El Gadida and collaborate effectively with teachers and staff. Organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail in preparing materials and recording student progress. Prior experience in a school or educational setting is preferred. Relevant diploma or degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field is an asset.
