Al Morshedy Marts is looking for a results-driven Retail Mall / Sales Manager to lead retail operations, maximize sales performance, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience across the mall.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee daily retail and sales operations.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor store performance, footfall, and key commercial KPIs.
- Build strong relationships with tenants to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, coach, and develop retail operations teams.
- Ensure high standards of customer service, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional events, and seasonal activities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in retail, shopping mall, or commercial operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales management, and tenant relations.
- Proven ability to lead teams and achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
