The company values professionalism, integrity, and strong client relationships. Role Description The Sales Real Estate Senior/PC/PA Resale Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. The agent will handle property resale transactions, including listing properties, conducting viewings, and negotiating offers with buyers and sellers. Daily responsibilities include meeting clients, presenting suitable property options, managing leads, updating property databases, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth deal closure. The role involves preparing and reviewing basic documentation related to sales, following up on client inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with property owners and buyers. The agent is expected to use a personal car for client visits and property tours, and to represent Egy Property professionally in all interactions. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial real estate sales, particularly resale properties. Strong client-facing skills, including relationship building, negotiation, and deal closing. Good knowledge of New Cairo real estate market trends, areas, and property types. Ability to manage multiple leads, prioritize tasks, and work toward clear sales targets. Comfort with basic digital tools (CRM systems, email, messaging apps, and property listing platforms). Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car for client meetings and property tours. Professional communication skills in English and Arabic, both spoken and written. High level of integrity, customer service orientation, and commitment to ethical business practices. Availability to work full time on-site in New Cairo, including peak real estate hours and weekends as needed. Previous experience in real estate brokerage or property consultancy is highly beneficial; relevant education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
