Operations Manager to join our team at Nefertari JM for Electrical Industries.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced operations professional to lead and optimize manufacturing operations, ensuring operational excellence, productivity, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Overview:

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational activities, including manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and project execution. You will work closely with Production, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth operations while achieving the company's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Daily Operations: Oversee factory, warehouse, and project site operations to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.

• Drive Operational Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance, reduce waste, and optimize costs.

• Coordinate Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Maintenance, and Supply Chain departments.

• Monitor Performance: Establish and track operational KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior management.

• Improve Processes: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure Compliance: Maintain compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

• Lead & Develop Teams: Mentor department leaders, build high-performing teams, and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Skills & Technologies:

You will leverage your expertise in Manufacturing Operations, Production Management, Process Improvement, Supply Chain Coordination, Lean Manufacturing, Cost Control, Leadership, KPI Management, and Operational Planning. Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Office skills is highly preferred.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the electrical manufacturing industry.

• At least 3 years in a managerial or operations leadership role.

• Proven experience managing manufacturing operations in an industrial environment.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related discipline).

• MBA or relevant professional certifications are considered a plus.
